this hotel was, honestly, a deseaster. the air conditioning was filthy and looked like it woudlve been from the stone age. plus, the pool was nauseating, full of greasy water that no one bothered to fix for hours! i almost considered giving a good review, but i couldn’t even get an upgrade or a simple gift! what a shameful stay.

The staff showed extraordinary customer service, going above and beyond. I received a lovely welcome snack bag and even got to extend my stay without hassle. The entire experience left me wanting to come back sooner!

Check-in was efficient, with friendly staff eager to assist. A lovely surprise awaited, a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and treats. Breakfast had a cheerful attendant ensuring everyone felt at home. The rooms were well-maintained, though check-in times could be adjusted for cleanliness. A solid experience overall!

The King Room was nice, but the pool was super dirty.

Hands down, I loved hitting up Desi Grill behind the hotel for some spicy kebabs. What a culinary gem! The room was cozy, and the staff were super attentive, quickly hooking us up with help when our original room was a touch noisy. My teen even got to enjoy the pool for a bit!

Checked in late, expecting a breeze, but we hit a snag with two credit cards at the desk. Just a little hiccup in an otherwise solid stay.

In my wife’s opinion, a little more attention to the gym would be great.

Recommend it for family stay

The staff was very kind and friendly, always there to help. I was impressed when I saw that they offer complimentary breakfast every morning from 6am to 10am, perfect for getting the kids fueled up for the day.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but for what you get, it’s still fine.
